ebay trust and safty EBAY CANADA - USA ebay will not give me this info after i ask IT - ebay will not give me a phone # so i can call to discuss anything do not know, do do not kno US www.ebay.com I cannot find any contact info on ebay and the help department will not give me any address or phone info - ebay will not talk with me over the phone and they use a email system that ebay never responds to compaints- this is how ebay can cover up all their mistakes and fraud that happens on ebay - the SCC Should investigate this - they are covering us this fraud - ebay canceled all my listings stating they were posted wrong - even though i brougth to the attention of ebay that my competitor had posted their listings the same way - i was told that ebay does not take the same action for all their listings and that i was singled out because I was from canada and my competitor was from USA - then my user ID was canceled in retaliation by ebay- ebay help seen this and did not understand way i was canceled but said there is noting they can do about it - i was out of luck - this is the 4 th time i was canceled for little or no reason - i am going to never use ebay again, i have lost $ 1000's of dollars due to scammers and have had a large # of ID fraud attempts from ebay users - people trying to get my user ID - I am sick of ebay's customer service even after I spent over $ 4000 per month on posting listing I posted on ebays auction site - BEWARE EVERYONE - DO NOT USE EBAY - IT is one big SCAM FROM BOTH EBAY's side and buyers side - sellers have no protection and in the end ebay is designed not for sellers to make money - ebay uses the numbers game, they know they do not need good customer service, becuase every day there is new suckers that will replace the sellers ebay scammed = DO NOT BUY OR SELL ON EBAY From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Sunday, 27-Apr-08 21:40:30 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI have to diagree with the last comment. Ebay really provides very little protection for sellers. The buyer can receive a perfectly great item in perfect condition but... if they choose to dishonestly complain about it to PayPal, the money will be deducted from the sellers paypal account and refunded to the buyer. Then the buyer can turn around and leave negative feedback on eBay, further hurting the reputation of the seller. What can the seller do about such dishonesty? Nothing- can't even give the buyer negative feedback. It's disgusting and frustrating. What cave have you been living in? It's not the Buyers who list items they don't have?, It's not Buyers who list fake designer brand items,..it's not Buyers who take your money and send you nothing in return! It's not Buyers who list a cd or dvd cheap then jack up the shipping two or three times higher then it actually is..it's not buyers who list a bs auction swearing the item in question belonged to a celebrity or is haunted only to discover the Seller lied through his/her teeth, it's not Buyers making money off each sale..it's not Sellers being duped, swindled, lied to just to make money..Ebay is a Sellers market Sellers make all the money..Ebay never replies to complaints from Sellers??..What about the power sellers with over 5000 plus f/b, he/she has close to 400 negatives in one month and Buyers complain, but Ebay does nothing because hell they're making a profit at the Buyers expense..both the Seller and ebay profits while the Buyer sits at home wondering where his/her "great deal" is!! Buyers have 0 protection the way ebay is set up Ebay is protected first then Sellers..but there is no protection for Buyers..so not only is your complaint that Buyers are the scammers ludicris, but you don't even know what you are talking about!!
