Why are we still doing the Dell?

24" Monitor www.dell.com unknown unknown, un unknown US www.dell.com Why oh why are we still doing business with Dell? What an absolute nightmare. I ordered a monitor from them and then a week later was told it was on backorder. Called the company to ask if they would at least upgrade my shipping because I work on the delivery day schedule and was told I couldn't do this even if I paid for it. To make matters worse, I needed an interpretor to talk to the "Customer Service Rep" that finally answered the phone (I don't know if I've heard such a thick accent in my life). I see Dell's stock plumeting and can't wait to see this company go out of business. It's time for companies to not only STOP out-sourcing, but also *start* providing the products we want when we want them instead of when it's convenient for them to import them. I'm sorry folks, but Dell has become a nightmare corporation that is more worried about how their bottom line looks instead of how their customers feel about them. Lets let Dell go by the wayside like Compaq and many others went when they became more interested in volume instead of customers. I've HAD IT!
