Their sales department is horrible, the people there are not very knowlegable. They do not know what vehicles are under warranty or do not want to sell you an extended warranty. Also, the service department is horrible. I have waited there for hours and they were not able to locate my vehicle. They do not take responsibility if they sell you a defective vehicle. The other dealerships in town are much better and they will fix any defects on a vehicle they have sold you recently. The customer service here is the worst. I would recommend if anyone is buying a Dodge, please go out of town. Not only you will get a better deal but also better customer service. People pay money for good customer service. Not only you will get a better deal but also better customer service. People pay money for good customer service. One of your service person made mistake with our vehicle. We went to ask that, but the way of his respond is worst like anything. And you have bad respond also. Is this the way of servicing ? and he started shouting on us only. He made mistake & strarted to fight with us! is this the good customer care. Bloody hell of him his Name is Sonu. And our vehicle got repair & for that he made us to pay money from our hand. Try to change your service person or else i'll go for your Chief executive to speak reagarding this one problem. Try to reply for my mail. If i dont find any proper respond from your end to this mail definitley you would see the effect for this.
