We were OK with the highly priced services of Charter until now. As of today, most basic services pixelating. All Premium services pixelating. All HD services pixelating. On three different TV's with three different boxes. Our TV's are basically useless with mostly scrambled pictures. The customer service person online was not very helpful, but had apparent English language challenges.


Charter apprently can't fix it without a technician who can't visit for 5 days. Charter refused to provide credit for the services not being delivered for those 5 days.


In addition, they tell us they cannot gaurantee we will not have to pay for service and repairs... and we pay a monthly fee for wiring service, etc. That is incredible! Especially since it is their signal (on all three of their cable boxes) that has apprently gone arwy. We can either cancel service or possibly incur a charge of unknown amount just to get the problem addressed. Bad business practice. There IS competition from satellite... I just prefer the cable internet.


We will pursue other avenues to assure we do not pay for undelivered services and I will not pay for their technician when we rent the boxes and pay for wiring coverage every month.


This is very diappointing, especially at the excessive bundle price we are paying. The company needs to clean up its customer service act!
