CIC Credit Report at Irvine, CA Sam McGuinness Fort Buchanan, Pu 00934 US I keep getting these charges to my AMEX card and I never asked for this service. The "800" number cannot be accessed from Puerto Rico. I want to cancel this and get reimbursed. These charges have been going on for over one year! This is fraud!!!!!!!!! They are usually quite good, and will help you by denying any future charges from that agency/company/person, and even issue you a new card/account number if necessary.
