ADT Rebate Ripoff

ADT sold me a security system and during the sale process, part of the deal was a $200 rebate. I filled up the form (I had to call them to request the form as well) and have followed up multiple times with them. every time, they tell me that it's in process. It's been 10 months now and I am pretty sure they don't mean to pay this. I think this whole thing was a rip off.

I agree. I'm in the same situation. ADT cheat people, I called ADT at least 10 times. Everytime I called someone said "the request already sent to Manager, it will take 15-20 days to receive the cards of $200..blah blah blah..." but it had been 4 months and I never received anything they promissed, even an emai !...DON'T EVER COUNT ON ADT! I'm supprise this company is still on the market that long!...cheap crook!

I am at 8 months and counting - even wrote to Attorney General in Illinois - at least they said they were following up. Basically it's breach of contract!
