bank charges

I deposited a check in my account on friday i was told that they would clear some of the check... so i write checks to pay bills.. they bounce my checks charge me 35 dollars a piece and now i have to pay for the checks all over again.. great because of all the fees i dont have the money to cover the checks i wrote even when i checked my balance it said i had the money.. way to go boa never again will i deal with this bank. its fraud to the consumers and what can we do..........
