Robbed by Obrien Nissan in Hawthorne New Jersey

The management and ownership of this place are crooks and they will rob you blind if your not carefull. I signed up for two things when I purshased my car for them. Auto theft warranty and road hazard warranty, they never payed those two seperate companies for the warranties and when I tried to file a claim they say they have no record of me because the dealer never payed them. The total amount I was ripped off was about $1,000. Complaints have been filed and legal action will be taken. I have two contracts with their signatures on it.

When I tried contacting them they do not return your phone calls and say they are on vacation, etc....

This dealership Nissan of Hawthorne was recently sold and bought By a new owner as of 7/1/10, I purchased a car there yesterday and had a really great relaxed experience. The place looks totally remodeled and redesigned and I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get the car I wanted $2,000 less than hackensack nissan.

They were up front, honest never pushed me to buy things I didn't need and came through with everything they promised.I am sorry the person that went there few years back got such a bad deal because now it is totally a different place! I would recommend this dealership and have all ready to my friends and family. It is so nice to buy a car for a change without any hassle or anxiety
