Not sending publications after collecting subscription for TEN years.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that One weekly of Ahmedabad namely !Tatwik Vichardhara! had given advertisement in renowned Gujarati daily of Mumbai Gujarat Samachar on 22-11-2007 whereby it had declared a scheme that if one subscribes for FIVE years to the weekly he will be entitled to get weekly for TEN years,moreover the subscriber will be elligible to get gift books of its editor Shri Saurabh Shah worth Rs.2100 and also he will be entitled to participate in a lottery under which one MARUTI car per week will be given forsix month.Though I was not interestted in lottery,I was interested in weekly and hence I paid Rs.2080 as subscription for FIVE years.Receipt no. 24268 dated 9-11-07 was issued by the weekly for the payment. I regret to note

that inspite of

reminders and a registered

letter dated 16-02-08, which they have received and acknowledged on24-02-08,the recepient is neither responding nor sending any issue of weekly to me till today.Phone no.s given in receipt 079-2756-1802/03/04 and given in advertisement no.079-27561515,40215555 are not responding, only the message comes !Phone temporarily out of order! It seems party!s intention is to gulp the amount.Since it was a full page advertisement,I doubt thousands of people must have been cheated like me Kumar Doshi Email User

I am also one of the subsciber to the magazine. Advertisement of Tatwik Vichardhara was appeared in Divyabhaskar also. I also subscribed for 10 year. I received receipt of subscription.

After that I never received any publication form them. I called once in December 2007 and the said after one month you will start receiving magazine and books. Aftre one month their phone were out of order.

As I read today's gujarat samachar (dated 14th June 2008) Saurabh shah is in custody and remand for this kind of cheating. I hope to receive my money back.
