Hannelore's of Old Town: customer service at its worst

I am the maid of honor in my friend's upcoming wedding and the only difficulty she has had in planning this event has been with Hannelore's. We ordered bridesmaid dresses in late December but were never notified in early March when they came in. The store alleges they sent a letter to the bride but we never received it or any follow up phone calls. The dresses were labeled incorrectly when we picked them up. The shoes I purchased and left to be dyed the exact color of my bridesmaid dress weren't tended to until 30 minutes before I was scheduled to pick them up so I had to take them home wet. Then they tried to double charge me for the shoe dye though I brought a receipt that clearly indicated I had paid in full.
