After 4 years of continued business and financing with David's Bridal, I have been given a BIG OLE slap in the face. I have 4 daughters (2 have married, 2 have not). I have financed with them over the past 4 years with not a single late payment. This past bill had a minimum payment of $53, and I overlooked it and sent $50. The payment was 3 weeks early and only $3 short. They not only showed no sympathy whatsoever, they would only credit half of the $39 late fee they applied to my account.


Well, I am transferring the balance today, and I will not use them in the future for my other two daughters' weddings. There are plenty of other bridal shops out there who would love the business!
