bad business

I signed up for a membership last month and decided to cancel it due to the cost. They have a policy that if you cancel within 3 days you get your money back. Well its been 33 days since I canceled and have yet to get my money back. I think that this is no way to run a business. When I paid for the service they got my money as soon as they swiped my card. Theres no reason why I should have to wait 30 plus days to get my money back.
