Non receipt of order

India Today Book Club India Today India Today Book Club B-47, Indira Enclave, Neb Sarai, New Delhi - 110068 (India) New Delhi, Ne 110068 IN www.indiatodaybookclub.com I had ordered some books and CD's on 22/7/2007 through administrator AT offfers.indiatodaybookclub. My mebership no. is ITBC07305620. I had paid for the order through my HDFC credit card no. 5176 5210 0256 4237. I have not received my order till date. I mailed my complaint at response AT indiatodaybookclub.com but was never responded back. Then, I called at your customer care centre about 10 times and lodged my complaint. I was always assured that the books ordered will be dispatched soon. After repeated requests on 4th December I received a parcel through VPP and the postman demanded Rs 500/-. I refused to receive the parcel as I have already paid for the items through my credit card. I had a very bad experience of ordering through India Today Book Club. First of all it is not fair to send an offer for the items which are out of stock. Now after lapse of more than 9 months I received the items through VPP. This speaks a lot about the mismanagement at India Today Book Club which is not expected from such a big house LIVING MEDIA. I have spent more on telephone calls than the order amount.
