complaint about Expedia ticket refund Hi, I wish to lodge a complaint against Expedia for having promised and not refunded my cancelled tickets from 6 months ago.Every time I call, they have been giving me excuses about tickets being misplaced and then having found it and that it was being "processed", it has been 6 months since I cancelled the tickets and have received only 1 ticket as a refund and 2 other tickets pending as of yet. Their reply always is that it is being processed and that the refund will take 2-3 billing cycles to show up on my credit card. I will be happy to provide more detals once I hear back from you regarding your charges to this process and the process it would involve. I got an e-mail telling me there was a change in my itinery. The customer service person, barely spoke english, was rude and even hung up on me. When I asked for customer service the only resolution was to give me a $50 credit to Expedia hotels, something I would never use. So what good is that!!! I'll be sure to tell all my friends to never user Expedia.com!!!
