Tried to order products online. The page stated free shipping on orders greater than $50. My order came up to $88.

After a few steps in the checkout process. I finally got the final bill. I was surprised to see $13 in shipping and $3 in handling charges!

They had a live chat feature and I inquired. I posted the URL that stated the free shipping, and they offered me $5 off my order. I complained that $5 isn't 13. So, the live chat operator re-did my order with no shipping. BUT increased the price of 2 of the items! At that point I closed out the chat and their website. I can't believe that they have 2 prices for the same product. That doesn't seem fair.
