I shopped at Walmart today for the last time. Over the last couple of years, I have been receiving increasingly disappointing shopping experiences there each time I go looking for something. Couple of years back, I was treated badly by the associates, manager, and regional of the Jonesboro Road Location after refusing to print my actor's headshot, which I own the rights to, and had been printing there before in their photo shop. If that wasn't enough, I was discriminated against by one of their "greeters" who followed me into another dept, taking away a dvd i was purchasing because she accused me of attempting to steal it. (I don't guess it matters that I myself have 29 years of retail experience and have worked in Loss Prevention as well). I quit shopping there and went to Gresham road, only to start having issues there as well. Three weeks ago I tried to go and print some photos on floppy disc. Someone had jammed something in the kodak printer where it couldn't be used. i was assured it would be repaired in the next day or so. I went back two weeks later. It was not repaired. i complained at the service desk, and was treated as if they did not want to fool with me. I left, went to the memorial drive location, only to find NO floppy disc drive in their machines. Not only that, but I was ignored by the team there because they were busy harassing a woman who had turned in a roll of film to be processed and they were telling her she couldn't have her own photos!

The last straw was today when I went to Gresham Road to purchase a self propelled lawn mower. No one wanted to help me, and after finding the mower I wanted, I approached the garden shop cashier and asked her if they had any more mowers. I was told all they had was out, and when I told her which one I wanted, and that there was NO boxed stock, she looked aggravated, called a manager, and I was told I could not purchase the display. That is poor customer service in itself.

It seems to me that Walmart is not doing anything to train their associates on helping customers and making them happy. I am not shopping there again!
