Same as everyone else, bait and switch advertising tactics requiring you to call them to confirm your order.

You will never receive anything for the advertised prices on their site.

High pressure sales.

Claiming your camera doesn't come with a warranty.

Claiming your camera was upgraded by the manufacturer at their request.

I was told my cameras included battery would only last 15 minutes (outright lie) also told it didnt include a quick charger so I bought an upgraded charger.

When I received camera the charger was part of the package which they said they ordered me one with an upgraded charger already in the box. (lie)

I made them send me an additional charger, which they suprisingly did so.

At first they tried to just add a $15 battery for the extra 50 dollars.

Their invoices are not itemized, everything is a "package" deal.
