DON'T BUY FROM CIRCUIT CITY

I bought a car stereo at Circuit City and had their techs install it. Shortly after my NEW CAR would hesitate before starting, the automatic doors would not work, etc. I took it back to the dealership and they explained to me that the installation was poor. Instead of using the correct power conection, they spliced into the power wire, resulting in an excessive power drain on the battery. I returned to circuit city and it took 2 HOURS to get them to accept ownership of the problem and to re-install my factory stereo and return my purchase!#@$*&@ DO NOT BUY OR HAVE CAR EQUIPMENT INSTALLED AT CIRCUIT CITY!

I sent a complaint email to circuit city and received a short "we will address the issues" eventhough I did not include the location of the store or individuals I delt with in the EMAIL. OBVIOUSLY THEY COULD CARE LESS!
