VISA GOLD IN Sir, I have SBI card and am using since more then 4 yrs. Last December I had purchase mobile for which the bank had deducted the amount twice. I am in constant touch and have sent them the dispute form along with credit card slip thrice. I have attached all the mails in which they clearly accepted the acknowledgement at their end. Last week I am receiving a letter that they have not received the dispute form hence are closing it.
