Adjustment required billing of Credit Card

Sir, I mukesh Rai using credit card no. 4477 was left with due of only Rs 215.76 as on 19/02/2008 which I was required to pay.

The intimation is pasted..........

Payment on your ICICI Bank Credit Card account no 4477 XXXX XXXX 0006 is due on 19/02/2008. You may choose to pay the total bill amount of Rs. 215.76 or the minimum amount of Rs. 100. Please ignore this message in case your payment is already made.

But later due to one coming to collect the dues from the company side I was not able to pay the same in between my busy schedule.

Now this month the due is reflecting to be around Rs 1050 which is totally taken as fine.

I as a customer have always been on time in payment of my dues but this time due to negligense of the company collection team am levied with fines;

which i totally disagree upon .

I look forward for the waiver of the charges and me paying only the basic amount of Rs 215 and continuing with the services of the same or else have to rethink in dealing with thw credit card.

Please solve the issue asap and help me in keeping a long relation with the company products.
