Vonage Is the worst company I dealt with EVER

Phone Vonage US CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE! AND THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT IF YOU CANCEL YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM 99.00 DISCONNECT FEE AND YOU DONT EVEN HAVE A CONTRACT. When I first got vonage in August I called to have them help me hook it up. they were so rude and ddidnt help. Then I called 2weeks ago to cancel my service they would NOT LET ME CANCEL they were forcing me to keep it and gave me 1month of free service. I was like whatever then i called back because they charge me 3.67 I was like just cancel it i dont want nothing for free cancel it. they told me b4 I could cancel it i needed to pay the 3.67. I didnt trust them so i went and got a prepaid credit card with only 3.67 on it. when i called back they said they processed it and then put me on hold and came back and said its a problem processing the 99.99. i was like what they are charging me and i was not under a contract. and then she treated to send me to collection. I went off on her and hung of. trust me this matter is not over. AND ITS A GOOD THING I GAVE THEM A PREPAID CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO PROCESS THE 99.99 ALSO.
