Vonage Is the worst company I dealt with EVER

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE! AND THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT IF YOU CANCEL YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM 99.00 DISCONNECT FEE AND YOU DONT EVEN HAVE A CONTRACT.


When I first got vonage in August I called to have them help me hook it up. they were so rude and ddidnt help.

Then I called 2weeks ago to cancel my service they would NOT LET ME CANCEL they were forcing me to keep it and gave me 1month of free service. I was like whatever then i called back because they charge me 3.67 I was like just cancel it i dont want nothing for free cancel it. they told me b4 I could cancel it i needed to pay the 3.67. I didnt trust them so i went and got a prepaid credit card with only 3.67 on it. when i called back they said they processed it and then put me on hold and came back and said its a problem processing the 99.99. i was like what they are charging me and i was not under a contract. and then she treated to send me to collection. I went off on her and hung of. trust me this matter is not over. AND ITS A GOOD THING I GAVE THEM A PREPAID CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO PROCESS THE 99.99 ALSO.
