FotoConnection - Avoid at all costs

This merchant is awful. Their sales staff is incredibly rude and only are there to sell extended warranties. When I refused, they hung up the phone. I called back adn it happened again. The third try, I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for 25 minutes before I gave.

Now they will not tell me when the refrigerator is shipping - just "sometime". I filed complaints with the BBB and others.

Note - they have logos for Verified by Visa, MasterCard SercureCode and others, but are NOT partners!

They also have a graphic offering "100% service guarantee" but will not honor that.
