Bank of America Over Draft Fees/Customer Service

When checking my bank account for both my savings and checking accounts, I had a positive amount of money - the same day later on I checked again and saw that I was hit with not one but 6 overdraft fees from charges that were pending from the wknd. Not once did I have a negative balance but yet I was told by customer service I was at some point - the system just never showed that I was. I asked about my over draft protection and was told it "disappeared" Nice. Why would I cancel my overdraft?

What may have happened the bank puts a auto hold on all purchases to protect themselves. The Bank withholds more than the purchase amount, so if the "Holds" total more than what's in your account you are hit with overdrafts. Good scam that appears to be legal. Thanks to our present Government.
