BAD SERVICE

When we first signed up in 2/07, we were promosed $200 in discounts (which we never received). We filled out the proper papers, called numerous time, and to no avail. We had to pay re-connect fees when we complained and customer service got nasty and cut our service. We stayed with DISH for our one year contract and when we called to cancel 4/14/08 they want to charge us $400 for early termination for a 2 year contrast that we never signed nor did we agree to add another year to our contract. We ordered a HD receiver that has never worked right, we paid them $110 for this receiver. We called several times but they never came out to fix it. They just told us to re-boot it, which we had to do at least 3-4 times a week.
