IN 6 MONTHS OF THIS CABLE SERVICE I HAVE HAD 8 DIFFERENT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR DVR'S AND CABLE SERVICE.AND ONCE AGAIN I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM SO THIS WILL BE #9.I LOVE THE DVR,SEE I GO TO WORK DURING MORNING HOURS AND I CAN RECORD MY TV SCHOOLING AND OTHER PROGRAMS WHILE I WORK.AFTER TALKING TO HIGHER MANAGERS AT BRIGHTHOUSE THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE SOMETHING OFF MY BILL AND THEY WERE SORRY.YA HE WAS RIGHT THEY ARE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!AND STILL DIDNT GET A DISCOUNT.I CAN'T CHANGE SERVICE MY APARTMENT BUILDING HAS A CONTRACT WITH THEM.SO I'M STUCK...and I'M REALLY GLAD I DON'T HAVE PREMIUM PAY CHANELS BECAUSE I REFUSE TO PAY FOR MOVIES THAT HAVE BEEN ON REGULAR TV OR ARE OVER 20 YEARS OLD.NEVER THE LESS I RENT DVD'S ALOT.
