I have been waiting on a refund for a table that was returned by shipping company because of damage since Feb 19,2008. I have been told several stories of why it has not been refunded. First they were waiting for refund from manufacturer and I told them that regardless I bought it from sears and that sears should pay me then wait for refund from manufacturer. I am told to wait 30 days. Called back at 30 days and I am told it has been expidited to get refund in 5-7 business days. Called back on 4/10/08 and I am told that there is a problem with the computers, there is a technical problem with refunded credit cards give it 2 days the IT department is working on it. I call back today 4/16/08 and I am told by SRT department IT wont have it fixed until 4/30/08. DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM SEARS, BAD BUSINESS
