I never received a copy of contract. I had a 3 year contract and when I called to cancel I was informed that I could not do so for another year due to the fact that it was now in a 1 year automatic renewal. I can now no longer cancel until Dec. 2008. When I informed them that I was due to deploy with the military and the home would be empty they wanted a copy of my orders with all my personal information. This information was too personal for a business to have. Would not work with me at all and had very rude customer service. Protect America will trap you in to their company and do everything to keep you there and your money.
