Popeye's Chicken store #3650

I am disappointed in the service I have been receiving at this Popeye's

Chicken store #3650 on Mansfield Road in Shreveport LA. We really like

Popeye's Chicken but are getting tired of the unfriendly people that

take our orders. We are treated like it is an effort to wait on us and

when we ask questions about something we are really treated like we are

an inconvience.

This last time we ordered something that was on the menu above the

register which was popcorn crawfish, we were rudely told that they did

not serve it anymore. No where was there a sign indicating that it

could no longer be ordered. It was clearly there advertised as

something to order. No I'm sorry, we are not longer serving crawfish

items would you like to order something else? Just a inconvienced tone

saying we don't serve crawfish any more. We did order something else.

But I have to tell you that it makes it undesirable to go back

especially since this keeps happening to us and has happened to our

daughter when she has gone to the same store for chicken.

I thought this should be addressed and maybe something done about it.

This store is in our area and I would like to fell welcome to purchase

chicken there, but this will definately keep us away and as well as the

other people that are treated this way.
