Online Banking inefficient and misleading

Citizens Bank's online banking is misleading at best. Charges post in an inaccurate and seemingly random order, and often do not appear for days. There is no "charges pending" section, and the order in which checks post is a mystery to me as well. I have spoken to customer service (both in person and over the phone) and have been unable to get the same answer twice regarding my concerns. Due to an inaccurate view of my account online, I was forced to pay hundreds of dollars in fees. I am closing my account as soon as I am able to change my direct deposit information. Their extended hours are no compensation for their gross lack of customer service and antiquated online banking. Bank of America (the other bank I use) has far superior online banking capabilities - which are necessary for those of us who rely on online banking due to time constraints.
