Online Banking inefficient and misleading

Citizens Bank's online banking is misleading at best. Charges post in an inaccurate and seemingly random order, and often do not appear for days. There is no "charges pending" section, and the order in which checks post is a mystery to me as well. I have spoken to customer service (both in person and over the phone) and have been unable to get the same answer twice regarding my concerns. Due to an inaccurate view of my account online, I was forced to pay hundreds of dollars in fees. I am closing my account as soon as I am able to change my direct deposit information. Their extended hours are no compensation for their gross lack of customer service and antiquated online banking. Bank of America (the other bank I use) has far superior online banking capabilities - which are necessary for those of us who rely on online banking due to time constraints.

I am also closing my citizens bank account as soon as my direct deposits clear. I got two overdraft charges because of being $2 dollars under. I had deposited $90 but the deposit (even though it was cash) was not credited until after a check I wrote cleared. The cash deposit was made earlier in the day than when the check came in but I was still charged an overdraft which cascaded into another overdraft. Both the online and ATM balance showed that I had enough in my account to cover the check. After talking to two different managers at my local branch (Bedford, MA)I was told that my account would be credited for the $74 worth of overdraft fees. It has been over a week and my account has not been credited. I called customer service but could not get a straight answer.
