I have been sending complaints against aarons, here in Brooksville since Nov. 2007. No-one has done anything.

Let me explain, I am leasing a laptop, and a desktop from Aarons, b ack in Nov. my laptop started messing up,

shutting off unexpectedly. I contacted our local Aarons, and was told to bring it in, and they would fix it, well in

Nov. we suffered a loss in our family, needless to say, I did not make it in to Aarons'

I called in Dec, and explained that my mom passed away, and I would be in-in Jan, all the while, I'm making my

payments, even though my laptop is not working. In Jan. I talk to Aarons, and again I am told to bring it in, and

they'll fix it, (first I was told several times I could trade it in on another Dell laptop,which was totally a lie) I told them

I'd be in Feb. to drop it off. I take it in Feb. and the "Area Manager" was there, he acted like I was a liar, he said

they don't do trade ins, and he didn't know who told me that, and I told him Frank-had told me that several times

not just once, he stated that he didn't know why any employee would tell me that they'd let me trade my laptop

in on another one. Inccenuating I WAS LYING, and I was NOT!

I said can you send it off, and let me use one, while it's sent off, he stated they don't do that, he said he could

re-set it for me, I said will that fix it, he said it should. I left my laptop with him, came back and picked it up, and he

said I needed an internal battery, he's send for it, and call me when it came in. Well needless to say it's April, and

I NEVER recieved the internal battery. When I made my payment, I got upset and told them, this laptop has been

sitting in a corner in my room, and I'm paying on it, yet it doesn't work, so they did-after I complained too several

people on the phone, online, and at Aarons, they finally did send it in to be fixed.

I told them I was told by Mark? I think, on the phone, that I could use a loaner while mine was sent out, I was told

they DO NOT have any loaners???????? As big as Aarons is, they have no loaners?????? This is sad!!!!!!!!!!!

Aarons has done nothing but take my money, and say oh it doesn't work? Sorry we CAN"T help you, but we'll

take your money!!!!!!!!! What do I want????? I WANT AARONS TO DO WHAT I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD

DO, GIVE ME A LOANER, OR A DIFFERENT LAPTOP, SINCE THE ONE I HAVE IS NO GOOD.................

I want them to deliver it to me, since I went down to pick one up, and again was told, they do not give out

loaners, after I was told that they do. I am still making my payments, only now I'm making them on a laptop

I don't even have, I was told it would be back in two to three months, is this a joke? But still want me to make

my payments???????? This has to be a joke, right?

Now since I've been complaining, about our Aarons here in Brooksville, let me tell you what they have done, you

can check my payment account, back in Nov. I took ill, I had never missed a payment, I talked with Aarons and

they said I could have my payments changed to the vacation pay or what ever it is, any way it would take a few

months more to pay off my two computers, but it would lower my payments, I said fine. So since NOVEMBER

I have been paying, $100.00 the beginning of the month, which half the payment went on the desktop, the

other half on the laptop. Everything has been fine with me paying like this until NOW-NOW that I have complained

about them, they took my payment this month, and put it only on my desktop, so that it shows I have paid NOTHING

on my laptop,what the hell is this?????? After six months of making two payments a month, and everything has

been fine, now all the sudden (since I am complaining) they put all my money on one account, so my other

account will come up NOT paid.........

I have talked to them several times about this also, I did not do this THEY did this, I told the woman I always pay

alf on both accounts now, and half on both accounts around the 15t of the month, she said fine. I think everything

is fine, and the next day, Frank is calling me,telling me I need to get in and pay on my account. I explained to him

what must have happened, and could he please fix that for me, and he told me no- that once the payment was

in there, they couldn't do anything about it.

Well this was not my mistake-it was thiers, I know they could see, when they pulledx up my account, that I HAVE

been paying half on bot accounts the beginning of the month and the other half on both accounts in the middle

of the , so why NOW-six months later-did they put my payment on just one account??????BECAUSE I'VE BEEN

COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM-THAT'S WHY!!!!!!!!! What do I want, I want Aaeons to put my payment back the

way it was, I want my payment I just made to go on both of my accounts, the way it has been for the past six

months.

You have some very rude employees here at our Aarons, when you walk in none of them smile, they actually

look at you like-oh god what does she/he want now.....................I promise you, not I-nor any of my family mem-

bers will EVER rent anything from Aarons again, at least at RAC, and Buddies, they treat you right, they don't

lie to you, then try to screw you around, and they don't try to sell you PCs that do NOT work. I am in nursing,

I explained to them how important it was, for me to have a working laptop, it didn't matter, they didn't care, not

in the least-but we'll take your payment-sorry it's not working, but we'll takreyour payment......

This is not the way a business should operate in this small town, it wont last long here.

I have 7 brothers, and 7 sisters, all married, with grown children now, let's not even count all our cousins,

aunts, uncles and friends, I've told all of them about how Aarons is doing me, they are all disapointed.

None of them will go to Aarons for anything until Aarons does what's right-give me a working laptop, and fix

my payment.I recorded my phone call from Frank, he was very rude, the tone of his voice was crude, and

he said I CAN NOT make my payments like that, I said I don't know what you're talking about I've been

making my payments like this for six months, oh I understand, now that I'm complaining about all of you

here, then you start messing with my payment????? That's too sad.......

I don't want Aarons to give me special treatment, I just want what Aarons told me I could have..............

Will you PLEASE-PLEASE talk to Aarons here in Brooksville, and get this straightened out for me?

I do want my payment fixed, half on both accounts, and I do want a Laptop while mine is gone, this

is what I was promised and this is what I want.I am so disapointed in our Aarons here, it's a shame

they can treat people like this, and actually get away with it.......

You have a contract with them they are suppose to supply you with a "working" laptop or the contract is considered broken, by them no less! so no you do not owe them any money..why have you been paying money to them?...I would have told them you'll get my money when I get a working laptop and leave the lap top with them do not take it back home with you..now what I would do is take them to small claims court ask for the money you paid out during all those months you were without a laptop yet still like a dunce paid for..also ask for your court fees back..
