Misrepresentation and fraudulent charging

There is great art in Costa Rica, but people should avoid this art gallery at all costs. They made false representations, charged my credit card different prices than agreed (after I was back in states). Unfortunately, even American Express was unable to help much for US travelers. And, despite the policy and respresentations of return or exchange if not happy, that is not the case. They took a return, kept it and refused to credit. $100s in false representations.
