INSIGNIA 32" HD LCD TV NS-32LCD BEST BUY AIG WARRANTYGUARD Chicago, IL 60606-6613 US I got my TV 1-1-2007 and had problems starting in March 2007. The serviceman came out on MARCH 15,2007 then Aug.16,2007 and Sept 27,2007. The picture was going whit with NO or very LITTLE color. He kept adjusting the remote. On March 15,2008 it findly went completely white and I couldn't get a apt till March 27,2008. He said it was a different problem which it wasn't. He refused to give me a replacement even though I have a 4 YEAR WARRANTY. He comes from Baton Rouge and has to be back there for 5PM. He ordered a panel and it is on BACK ORDER and they have NO idea when it will come in. I have complainted to SUPERVISORS on SEPT.27,2007, 3-20-2008, 3-27-2008 and 3-29-2008 with NO satifaction at all. The first Supervisior said I was lucky I wasn't getting charged for the call. I have to take off from work to wait for the repair man. He said I can go to work and he will call me and then I can leave work and meet him at home to fix the TV. I can't do that. I have been told that I would be his first customer and he says he will not BACKTRACK so I have to lose PAY WAITING FOR HIM TO SHOW UP. HE SAYS HE IS THE BOSS NOT THE SUPERVISIORS AND IF HE DOESN"T WANT TO REPLACE THE ITEM I AM OUT OF LUCK AND WILL HAVE TO JUST DO WHAT HE SAYS. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I live in Metairie,La. and he is the only repairman who comes here and he says he only works 1 Sat. a month whcih is funny because I have always ask for Saturdays and they say he doesn't work them and NO ONE ELSE DOES.
