Paypal Incompetence

I have spent 2 1/2 months trying to withdraw money from my account. I have never delt with such incompetence in my life. They are exceptionaly slow at answering and never follow up with what they say they will do. For example on March 11 they said it would take 3-4 days to put the money back into my account and then they would issue a corrected check. (The money was in my account before March 5th when I picked it up on the internet) The next time I requested follow up they took another week to answer and someone else told me how to withdraw money from my account. If I did that they would issue the check with the wrong payee again and start the whole process all over. I finally decided the only way to get my money was to buy something so that just leaves a few dollars in my account. My original intention was to buy Apple stock with the money. I used other funds to invest and it has increased over $ 500.00 so far. I would like to sue them for withholding my money for so long but I will just close the account and not do any business with them. I don't have copies of all the messages I sent and I didn't record who I talked to when I called. Well I hope it is finally water over the dam.
