Chrysler committing warranty fraud
|
Dodge Intrepid Engine 2.7V6 Chrysler Corp 2000 Chrysler Auburn Hills, MI 48326 US I have a 2004 Dodge Intrepid with 66000 miles and noticed a knocking near the engine. I took the car in for repair 1/2 after 4 months I was told that the engine is full of sludge and needs replaced and Chrysler is denying my warranty due to lack of maintenance on the vehicle. I provided the compnay with receipts proving I had oil changes every 3000 miles and was told the decision stands. After doing some research I found the engine a 2.7V6 is faulty and Chrysler is aware of the issue but refuseing to honor any warrantys. I paid 20000.00 for the vehicle when it had 26000.00 miles on it-I put 40000.00 miles on the car and still owe 8000.00 now they expect me to pay 8000.00 for an engine.I will be retaining an attorney anyone interested in joining a class action lawsuit please let me know. Its time to hold these guys responsible and stop being victims.
