PURCHASE BLACKBERRY 8830 IN FEB /2008

IN THE MONTH OF APRIL/08 THE CALLER ID NO LONGER WORKS, THE FOLLOWING DAY,WHEN I ATTEMPT TO CALL A CONTACT THE PHONE WOULD DAIL ANOTHER CONTACT.THEY TRIED TROUBLE SHOOTING IT AT THE STORE IT DIDN,T WORK NOR DID IT WORK WITH CUSTOMER CARE OVER THE PHONE.I PAYED $15.00 TO EXCHANGE THE PHONE AND RECIEVED A TEXT MESSAGAE FROM CELLULAR SOUTH THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED 185.00 BECAUSE 1ST) THEY STATED IT WAS WATER DAMAGED THEN CHANGED AND SAID IT WAS DROPPED THEN LATER SAID THE PORT WAS DAMAGED I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT WAS NOT TRUR EITHER, IF SO I COULD HAVE JUST ADDED INSURANCE TO THE PHONE AND THEN RETURNED IT (COMMON SENSE)BUT I KNEW NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE PHONE BUT THATS OK, I WAS PAYING $117.00 A MONTH BUT I CHANGED PLANS TO 9.99 AMONTH AND I,AM USING ANOTHER PHONE COMPANY. EVERYONE I TALK TO SAYS THEY CHARGED THEM FOR A DAMAGED PORT ALSO. IT,S JUST A RIP OFF FROM CELLULAR SOUTH
