Service - Loading Dock

On three occassions I had purchase a significant order which included large number of items or heavy items.

We requested loading assistance at the contractor's loading area, and were told that someone would assist us.

Each time employee's who were present during check-out managed to dissapear during the assistance request. These are generally the younger employees.

In Kingman, Arizona I never find this problem at True Value Home Center. I hope management can encourage their younger employees to eiter work or seek other employment.
