Sears Canada Products & Services Horrific

This was the 3rd time I complained about the same issue. I purchased $10,000 on applicances for a new home and have had nothing but trouble. Anytime a trouble has been "assessed" due to a fault in the product I have had to pay $70. My dishwasher has not worked for 8 months and it was already repaired twice (same problem) but hey that's not a design problem. My magnets to close my fridge fell out. My washing machine grew mould cause I used the wrong detergent! My dryer wouldn't work when it was delivered. My parents washer & dryer I bought have been fixed 3 times and its never Sears fault. Write to complain and not a whisper back. They used to be known for their customer service but now just a nameless faceless CARE-less organization. Pathetic. Won't be spending anymore money with them EVER. Sears YOU SUCK!
