In our case it has been a = repetition of what Reliance Walkie people did, the sole reason to change ov= er to you.=0A=0AI filled the application Form No. DL 00517075 on the 18 Au= g 2007 for TATA WALKIE through =0A=0AMr SHABBIR ALAM from =0ATEAM HR SERVIC= ES Ltd, =0A2A, Old Ishwar Nagar, Main Mathura Road, New Delhi =0A=0AWe alsopaid the required amount of Rs 1122/ vide cheque No. 649217 drawn on HDFC = Bank, Greater Noida for Plan 349 with very clear and specific requirement f= or INTERNET services.=0A=0AOn 22 Aug 2007, one Mr Anil Kumar Gupta from KA= MSON MARKETING Pvt Ltd, E-156, Sector 20, NOIDA came to install the Walkie.He brought the phone set (LSP 345), cords and the BATTERY in open conditio= n. The cables looked old and used and so he replaced one from his bag. He h= ad no answer for bringing the set and the battery in open condition. I wrot= e the same on the installation papers. The data cable and the CD was not gi= ven.=0A=0ASince the very purpose was to use the set for Internet, I asked M= e Shabbir Alam to send the data cable and the CD which he could arrange to = deliver only on the 4th Sep 07 for Rs 115/- paid in cash even though the C= D has scratches and looks used.=0A=0AWhen I loaded the CD, the set=92s mo= dem is not being detected. So we are back to square one. I have not used th= is phone for any purpose so far.=0A=0AI tried in vain to call Mr SHABBIR AL= AM several times but he does not respond now.=0A=0AI tried to contact Mr Al= ok of M/s KAMSON MARKETING on phone 9212125943. He responds after many atte= mpts and told me on the 6th Sep that he will send an executive next day to = change the set. That was four days back and no one has turned up so far.=0A= =0AI feel we have been cheated in exactly the same manner as Reliance did.= =0A=0AI have not used this phone since 22 Aug 07. Since the very purpose w= as to use it for Internet, it is a useless piece of junk with me and I woul= d like to return the same and get my refund and that too with the same spe= ed with which the money was taken from us. Or can some one will still try = to make amends and see that the set works for INTERNET USE.=0A=0AIt is frus= trating to experience this kind of service to come from TATA.
