Complaint against Emory Johns Creek Hospital

I would like to file a formal complaint against Emory Johns Creek

Hospital in Johns Creek, GA (www.emoryjohnscreek.com). The accounting

department has admitted to me that they over billed me and owe me a

refund of approximately $500, but even after repeated calls there has

been no action on their part to return me my money. I have contacted

them three different times about refunding the money, and each time I

have received the same answer, "I don't know why they haven't sent it.

Check back in a couple of weeks."

I would be happy to recap the entire story of how I was overcharged if

necessary (also their fault), but at this point that is secondary to =

the

fact that this hospital admits to owing me money and for several months

now have said they were going to send it but have done nothing.

At this point, the only thing that will make me happy is refunding my

money with interest.
