Tub pro/kevin Wade

I called "tub Pro" to have my bathtub refinished. A man named Kevin Wade

showed up and looked at my tub and stated that it would be $100.00 more than I

was told. When I asked why the change in price and I was told that "his wife

sets the prices and that she makes a lot of mistakes when it comes to price

quotes" I then asked if he was going to do the job as was quoted and he refused;

walked out and slammed my front door so hard I thought it would come off

it's hinges.

I did a little research on these people and found that I was only one of

MANY similar complaints and that these people have over 30 BBB complaints left

over from the other companies he/they have worked for.

How can these people stay in business? I thought that "Bait and Switch" was

illegal?

I am reporting them to the BBB (Just one more to the pile) and the Missouri

Attorney General.
