Blue dart courier service Hi, I was to receive a courier from Citibank thru Blue Dart courier . I got the intimation on 30 August that the courier is being sent thru AWB # 32445744774 . For last 4 days I have being following up with them , and the answer which I get is that , the card will be returned back as they have the information that I no longer work/sit in the office. As a last resort on 6th September , I again informed them that I would be sitting in the office reception , so that I can trace the person or find out the real cause of my card not getting delivered. I was told to be available between 2 to 4 PM . For 2 hours I was sitting in the office reception , but no delivery person turned up. To my surprise when I call up the Blue Dart people , I was again informed that the delivery boy visited the office but again the same reasoning "I no longer work/sit in the office". When I again complained I was assured that the delivery would be reattempted on 8th September between 1 to 2 PM. Again I was sitting in the reception so that I donot miss him , but same old story ... I donot understand now where to register my complain in this regard. I had searched the Blue Dart web site , to my utter surprise they do not have a complain or escalation number , leave alone a designated Quality assurance person whom I can contact for resolution for my problem.
