a & e factory services On September 7, 2007 I had an appointment with a & e factory service to repair my Kitchenaid microwave oven. I called at 8:15 AM to confirm the time the technician would arrive and was told it would be before 12 noon. At noon I called again when he hadn't responded and was told he would be at my home shortly. At 1 PM I called again and was told he would be at my home within 1 hour. At 2 PM I called again and was told he had been contacted and would once again be at my home within 1 hour. By 3 PM when he didn't show again, I called and was told he wouldn't be coming at all this day and when would I like to reschedule another 4 hour slot. Never did a & e make any attempt to apologize or help make up the lost time by putting my needs ahead of their poor scheduling. This is blatant disregard for consumers and the poorest customer service I have had all year. I have seen many complaints of the same nature about a & e and just want to add my bad experience so that maybe another person is spared from their lack of service. Do not use a & e factory service they are incompetent and unprofessional and will waste your time!
