Sprint PCS business tricks.

Sprint PCS business tricks. I had broken my phone on 8/17/05. Went to a sprint store and bought $50 used phone to replace it. They never told me that I was renewing my contract by purchasing their used phone. It must have been on the receipt that I signed in small prints. In July of 2007, I cancelled my account thinking that I had already fullfilled contract long time ago. On the contrary, I was billed with early termination fee of $300. This is a bad business practice. Putting that kind of shit on a small prints and not telling upfront should be treated as a fraud. Secondly, I had another number under the same contract. The contract was due on Feb 2007. So I cancelled it in July of 2007 together with the other number. However, they tell me that I had agreed to renew on Feb 2007 over the phone. This never took place but they insist on it. Also, they claimed that they offered me free 50 minute to my account and I accepted, which never took place neither. Even if it did, by giving away free 50 minutes and automatically renewing the contract is sick business practice when they do not tell customers upfront.
