Capital One Credit Card Nightmare

Capital One Credit Card Nightmare I am a victim of Identity Theft and Capital One will not close my account even though I have a credit ($50.33) with them. This has been ongoing for 6+ months and I am frustrated as *#$%. I do not know where to turn or what to do anymore. Please advise all people NOT to use Capital One. What a nightmare.
