I bought a new 01 Bonneville from them and brought it in for warranty service with an intermittent miss and stalling. Over a period of 6 months they tried 3 times to fix it and failed each time, doing things like changing the gas cap and spark plugs. The last time they kept the bike for 6 weeks, left it parked outside in the rain behind their shop which caused extensive corrosion and rust. They broke both float bowls, glued them back together with JB Weld, gave the bike back to me in this condition and did not fix the problem. I asked them what they were going to do about the weather damage to my bike they caused and they replied: "We park all of the customer bikes outside - sorry." I brought it to Saugus Suzuki and the experienced mechanic there performed a simple test in 5 minutes and identified a bad coil. They ordered the part and returned my bike in 5 days. They even washed and detailed it for me. Since that experience, I've reported SVC to everyone I'm in contact with in RAT, the NTBF and the BIR. I've also reported them to the BBB. At least 19 people have NOT bought their motorcycles from SVC because of this. I strongly recommend you avoid SVC. I've had better luck with South Bay Triumph and Southern California Triumph - definitely worth the drive.
