complaint to postmaster/ South St Paul area

type+complaint+here I live at 1905 parkwood drive they are apartments in so st paul and Tuesday the 4th of august 2007 I came home around 200pm and our mail man (not the one we normally have) was sitting in

his mail car, and a resident of the apartment building she lives in 304 name I don't know just know which apartment she lives in, was putting our mail in our boxes, and the mail man was in his car. I Know that this person happens to be a drug addict. People I know, know her and confided this to me. I am so UPSET ABOUT THIS THAT I find myself writing this to you.
