Tire Plus 3910 SW College Rd, Ocala, FL

Hello my name is Lorraine and I have some concern

about Tire Plus 3910 SW College Rd, Ocala, FL. A few months back I took my car

there, I needed a battery. When my car was done I was advisewd I had an

electrical problem, they said I had no lights etc. I advised them that my lights

were working fine in the morning. I was advised to bring my car back the next day

and they would find out what the problem was and that they had no time that

day to check it out. So they were letting me go with no lights???? Once I got

in my car I had no power in my seats to move my seat forward to drive home. I

went back in the store asked them what was going on with my car because I have

no power seats in which was working when I brought my car in and the mechanic

adjusted my seat. They then confirmed with the mechanic that he moved my seat

and then they fix loose wires they moved when replacing my battery. I was a

little upset over this so i decided not to use there service no more and had

other things done at another tire plus. Until two days ago my car needed a tire

and that store is close to my home so we took the car there to get a tire.

When me and my son picked up his car they advised us he had an electical problem

with his lights front and back, again we knew my son had lights. So when we

came home my son found wires that were pulled out.. What is going on with this

store?
