Name of product or service

I needed cash for my mortgage and approached one of these check cashing

store for a loan with my car as guarantee. I was deceived into signing a

$5000.00 loan for my 2002 Nissan Altima 2.5 with an interest rate of

69.9%. Is there any recourse open to me?
