AT&T / SBC US att.com call center, on hold for over 30 minutes without an answer to redeem a phone card sent "in appreciation" of my business. some sign of appreciation. also, they say the call center is open till 9:00 but call at 8:45 and they say they are closed. "Excellent customer service"? I don't think so!
