Complaint on REDIFF SHOPPING

Hi,

I placed an order with Rediff Shopping on August 27, 2007 with the order

Number: 4072270 which was approved on the same day. It is yet to be

delivered to the location back in India as on September 05, 2007.

When I contacted the customer service, Sameet Shetty mailed me saying

that the order has been delivered.

I was told to contact the consignee but there was no response from them

also. I mailed to them but didn't get any reply. There is no response at

the mobile number given at their website.

Rediff Shopping SUCKS and THEY CHEAT. It is a big torture and headache

for people.

The order #4072270 was not delivered on 28th Aug. You are requested to

please cancel this order and revert back the amount.

You are requested in future if the orders cannot be delivered on time

then please inform the customers. This has happened for the second time

that the order was not delivered. Hopefully this doesn't repeat again.
